A workspace is a collection of knowledge bases shared across a group of users such as a company or a team. Members of a workspace are billed per month.

A knowledge base is a collection of knotes. Most features such as semantic search and explore work at a knowledge base level.
As a solo user, can I get more capacity?
Yes. You can purchase a Plus subscription, or any higher subscription for just one user and assign it to your personal workspace.
What if we need more capacity than Business?
For enterprise level specific subscriptions or discounts, please reach out via our contact page.

Subsriptions are associated to a single user account and are assigned to workspaces. Each workspace can have at most one active subscription assigned.
